This Privacy Policy explains how ZerooPay Technologies Pty Ltd, Australia (“UptenAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the UptenAI platform and services (the “Service”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the details you provide to create and manage your account, such as name, business name and email address.
• Connected-platform data — when you connect a platform, we receive the access tokens, profile details, and the messages, comments and posts needed to deliver the features you enable.
• Customer conversation data — the content of the conversations your customers have with your AI assistants.
• Usage logs — technical and usage information, such as activity, device and log data, used to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use personal information only to provide, secure and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information, and we never use the content of conversations for advertising.

3. Platform API data

Data we access through platform APIs, including TikTok, is used only to provide the features you have enabled. We retain it only for as long as needed to provide those features, and we delete it when you disconnect the platform or ask us to, unless we are required to keep it by law.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with:

• service providers (processors) who help us run the Service, such as hosting, database and AI providers, under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to us; and
• the platforms you connect, acting on your instructions, for example to publish content or send a reply.

We do not otherwise sell or disclose your personal information.

5. Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest and with access controls that limit who can access it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect a connected platform at any time, which stops further data access and triggers deletion of that platform’s data as described above. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@uptenai.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
