Each promise says what backs it, in plain language. There is one set for the report, the pack and the audit, and one for when we apply the fixes for you.
For the report, the pack and the audit
Nothing changes on your store without your written approval.
What backs it: Your written approval, given in your UptenAI portal. Without it, nothing is applied, by your team or by us.
If a fix we gave you is wrong or breaks something, we fix it.
What backs it: The private preview and our correction. Every fix is checked on a private preview of your own pages before you get it, and if one is still wrong, tell us and we correct it.
If we apply it for you
Done For You is on request only. When you ask us to apply your pack, these promises apply as well.
Nothing goes live without your written approval.
What backs it: A copy of your theme. We build every change there, away from your live store, and it stays there until you approve it in writing.
You press publish, not us.
What backs it: The preview link. You see every change on your own pages, then publish it yourself.
Any change we made can be reverted; the previous version is kept.
What backs it: The kept previous version. Your old theme stays in place when you publish, so going back to it is always possible.
If a change we made breaks anything, we revert it.
What backs it: Monitoring after every change. We watch your store after each publish, so a problem is caught and the previous version put back.
We never touch checkout, cart, pricing, payments or customer data, and we only hold permission for the pages we are changing.
What backs it: Scoped permissions. We ask only for the access the change needs, and nothing that reaches checkout, cart, pricing, payments or customer data.
What we do not guarantee
Nobody can guarantee rankings. We guarantee the work is right and nothing ships without your approval.
